Casey Cowell Mr. Cowell serves as chairman and president of Durandal, Inc., a holding company of several private firms. He also is the co-founder of U.S. Robotics, one of the first leading suppliers of data communications products and systems. There, he headed the company from inception through its merger in 1997 with 3Com Corporation, the highest-valued networking merger to date. Cowell was instrumental in the revolution of business and consumer computing. Under his leadership, U.S. Robotics grew to become the world's largest personal modem manufacturer. Cowell also played a leadership role in the successful rollout of the Palm Pilot®.

William C. Steinmetz Mr. Steinmetz is a Managing Director of BlueStar Ventures LLC, an early stage equity fund based in Chicago. Previously, he served as a Managing Director of investment banking activities at leading financial institutions. Mr. Steinmetz holds a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California and an M.M. from Northwestern University where he was a Distinguished Scholar.

Terry Holt Mr. Holt is a private investor focusing on seed-stage investments for Internet startups and other technology ventures. He serves on the board of several software companies and is known as highly successful entrepreneur in Chicago. He has also worked for ROLM and Xerox in sales and marketing management roles. He is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and resides in Northfield, Illinois.

Daniel J. Phelps Mr. Phelps is vice president of Duchossois TEChnology Partners, a venture capital firm making direct investments in early stage and start-up companies with ideas based on technology and intellectual property. Dan serves on the boards of several other Duchossois TECnology portfolio companies, including Clarity, InfoBlox, Rubicon Genomics and Sloan Ventures. He graduated from Ohio State University with a BBA and received his MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
